Greetings MAXSON families! Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Maxson Elementary School! The entire staff looks forward to working collaboratively with our families to ensure the academic, social and emotional success for our students. I extend a warm welcome to our new and returning families. I am entering my 3rd year as the proud principal of Maxson School and I eagerly anticipate meeting you all in person. Thursday, August 17th is the first day of school. Like every Thursday and Friday during the year, it is an early release day at 1:50.


We are committed to building strong relationships with our students and families in order to support and teach the whole child. We depend on our families to bring their child to school everyday and on time. Maxson commits in ensuring that students reach high educational standards and are provided a safe and nurturing environment. At Maxson we will work together to bring out the best of each of our students. Our uniqueness is what makes us so special! It empowers others to grow, achieve, and complete the grand puzzle. At Maxson and in the MVSD: "We work each day to inspire each student to succeed every day!
