Pumpkin Character Book Report Project

This Project is optional

It’s October and that means pumpkins are everywhere! This month we would like to have a family project. You will:

Select a book and read it with a parent.

• Pick one character and create them on a pumpkin (real or fake)

• Your pumpkin must be small enough that the student can carry it

• Decorate it (paint it, glue things to it, and just get creative! 

  • (Please don’t carve it)

• For book report see Mrs. Chairez or Ms. Reyes in Room 1

• Complete both the pumpkin and the book report 

Don’t have a book, not a problem! Visit the school library, your local library. Please send in your pumpkin book report on Thursday, October 30th. Find your room number under the blue canopy by the cafeteria and place it on the table with the book report.
